The Fraxel re: store Dual laser is a fractionated laser that incorporates two types of lasers in the same equipment. Additionally, there is a new head with cold air, which improves the final results and helps the patient’s comfort
The Fraxel re: store Dual incorporates:
– An Erbium laser that works on the intermediate and deep layers of the skin that has evolved rapidly and causes less pain than other lasers
– A new unique laser, Thulium, which works in a similar way to an ablative laser but without damaging or evaporating the outer layers of the skin. It works on the most superficial layers of the skin, leaving the outer layer intact, which minimizes the risk of infections.
– It is approved (FDA) for rejuvenation treatments, acne and surgical scars, melasma, soft tissue coagulation and actinic keratosis.
